Previous business development, sales, client relations, or account management experience within construction, engineering, architecture, real estate development, or related industries.
Proven ability to generate qualified leads, build executive-level relationships, and develop opportunities that result in project pursuits and awarded work.
Strong understanding of construction delivery methods, project life cycles, and the needs of owners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
Experience attending and representing organizations at industry associations, networking events, conferences, and community engagement activities.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, business development tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and achieve growth objectives in a fast-paced environment.
