Sterile Processing Tech
Location: Billings, MT
Agency: IMCS Group
Pay: $1,300 to $1,500 per week
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Demonstrated competency in all areas of Sterile Processing tasks, procedures, practices.
Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required.
Advanced knowledge of cleaning, disinfection and decontamination processes and sterilizers.
Advanced understanding of types and functions of instruments and equipment (e.g. endoscopic, microsurgical, robotic and power).
Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
Experience and understanding in the use of computers, as well as the ability to learn software relevant to Sterile Processing.
Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, service oriented environment.
Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Required: Competent working knowledge in all aspects of Sterile Processing.
Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a hospital or clinic operating room.
